Bold operates as a Construction Manager. We hire, coordinate, and oversee every subcontractor and trade on your project. You deal with one company and one point of contact, not a dozen separate tradesmen.
We carry full insurance, we build to permit, and we keep organized records of the entire project. The owner is named as additional insured on every job.
We charge a clear management fee. We do not mark up the trades. We do not pad invoices. Our clients pay the real cost of the work, plus our fee for managing it.
Our subcontractors stay with us because we treat them fairly and pay them properly. That matters more than most homeowners realize: the best trades go to the builders who respect them, and the quality of your home depends on the quality of the people in it.

We meet, and we walk the space.
We start with a conversation and a walkthrough of your property. This is where we understand what you want, how your family lives, and what your project really involves. It is also where you get a feel for whether we are the right team for you.
We build your budget together.
We sit down with you and go through your project line by line. What we are managing, what you are choosing yourself, what is included, what is an allowance. We do not hand you a single mystery number. By the end, you know what your home costs and why.
You see a finished home.
Before you sign anything, we walk you through a completed Bold home. Look at the finishes. Open the doors. See the quality you will be living with.
We build, and you always know where things stand.
Permitted, documented, code-compliant construction, with one team sequencing every trade and communicating with you regularly about progress, decisions, and schedule. By the time construction starts, you understand your home and you trust the people building it.
You move in.
We hand you the keys to a finished home, along with organized documentation of the entire project.

Thirty days after you move in, our CEO personally walks every inch of your home with you, ceiling to floor, and compiles the complete final list of anything that needs attention. One organized visit resolves it all.
